York Barbell Rotating GHD

This thing is heavy so it wont tilt or wobble on you. It weighs in at 206lbs. Whats nice about this GHD compared to others is that it has rotating thigh pads and pads for your knees which allows you to go through a fuller range of motion then units without these features. Great for cross training, commercial gyms, or stay at home warriors. The upholstery on this one has been repaired with some black tape however we have a second set of pads that will come with the GHD. New these are $800. It will fit into you're SUV if you want to disassemble it.
